URLS.SEELF is a quick hack I've built in a day to find sites that are like other sites (i.e. lists of sites) - just enter a couple domains into top form and you'll get more links like those you entered. The more domains you enter - the more focused the results are.
Click any of saved results on main page to see examples of automatically-gathered lists.
Update (days 2&3): this site also shows new links that appear on the sites in saved (and approved) lists. And you can also add generally phrased queries instead of domains.
This is very ALPHA software, it's full of bugs and it's on very light server - will die under load.
